As these are traditional art works, I am able to send you the commission physically !! If so, we will be discussing paper/canvas sizes and shipping arrangements beforehand. This will be included in your final price !! (Please be sure to fill out the correct order forms for this option to be available to you.)
I am able to send you additional progress shots of the commission to keep you updated, if you so wish. I may also contact you if I have any doubts or major changes regarding the commission, our shipping arrangements, ect.

Background : clear description of background. (a solid color, any patterns, how the character(s) interacts with the scene, ect.)
Description : clear description of the full piece, tell me exactly what you are looking for in the piece (specific styles, expressions, aesthetics, influences, ect.)
References² : please provide me with any visual references necessary. (people, places, poses, outfits, color schemes, etc.)
² please note: this is required when commissioning OCs !
Additional Objects : this can go from a favorite shirt, to a specific tattoo/beauty mark on someone, to having your favorite book or video game lying on the floor, ect.
After receiving the form, I will contact you to confirm your price before sending you an invoice. I will also be confirming ability to ship at this time.
Once I have received the full payment, I will send you an update with the initial sketch. You will be able to revise the piece only during this time.
You will not be able to revise the final piece.
I will be sending a high resolution of your piece via Email once completed. I will also be keeping you updated on the shipping arrangements we had discussed prior and proceed accordingly.
